Learn about this dynamic IAS officer, Srushti Deskmukh

Srushti deshmukh, who is in her third year of engineering is already beginning to prepare for UPSC. After her graduation she wondered if she would be content in the engineering role. In the following years, she realized that her passion was in civil service and began to concentrate on it. Her parents encouraged her to focus on civil rights and get a job serving the public. Her focus was on becoming an IAS officer. In order for UPSC to be a reality it is more work needed. While studying her engineering subjects she was also able to practice for the various topics at UPSC. Everyday, she set aside time to study for her exam. She prepared for the exams for engineers in less than 1 1/2 months and avoided social life and social media platforms altogether. Concentration is essential in order to succeed on this test. She hopes to be a civil service. She wanted to pass through the exam with ease, and she was able to put in a lot of effort. Everyday, she read the newspaper to keep up with current events. Rajya Sabha TV and online studying materials also proved to be a huge help for her. IAS Srushti Deskmukh IAS Srushti Deskmukh authored a second book titled, The Answer Writing Manual.
