A winner of both the USA and World Championships in the event of a hurdle, Lolo Jones has reached her present standing through plenty of effort and immense patience. Jones was born into a single mother that included five kids living who were stricken by poverty and hardship as a child, had an extremely challenging childhood. Her mother was always shifting and even spent some time living at the bottom of her home. This nomadic life led Jones to change schools and attend a new school every year until the time she entered in high school. In Theodore Roosevelt High School, Jones was separated from her mother in order to pursue her interest in athletics. Jones won her the Gatorade Iowa Track and Field Athlete of the Year Award at school and was also a part of the orchestra at school, playing cellist. Jones began her career in the NCAA as one of the top hurdlers. She won the 100-meter obstacle during the 2002 NCAA Track & Field Championship. Jones was also part of the team that finished second in the 100-meter relay. Jones is the NCAA Champion in indoor hurdles in both the year 2003 as well as 2014. Jones began her track career in 2005 when she finished her university studies. In the same year, she won the Torino Memorial Event, while in 2026 she took home the Ostrava Track event as well as Heusden.

The family was raised and born in Cape Town South Africa Brandt moved with her family to Auckland New Zealand in her late teens. Lesley Ann Brandt was born 2nd December in Cape Town, South African. She is an New Zealand actress with a lot of talent. Lesley Brandt and her family relocated to Auckland in New Zealand in the year 1999. In Auckland she started her career as a salesperson, and then be promoted to the position of IT manager consultant. Lesley has performed in numerous commercial ads after several modelling projects. She graduated with a major in acting in 2008. In 2009 she began studying in Meisner methods of study. Lesley Brandt landed her first major acting job on the screen in New Zealand in TV Drama Diplomatic Immunity. Lesley Brandt appeared in the New Zealand drama Shortland Street in the role of a guest supporting role. She then appeared in This Is Not My Life. It's based on the true story of Waimoana. Lesley Brandt starred in the television series Spartacus: Blood and Sand in the role of Naevia the hostage. She was later seen in the Spartacus: Gods of the Arena Miniseries.
